SO disappointed that I can't make it after all. :-( I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if maybe we can all meet up again another time, too.

I was thinking it might make a great on-going thing, because I know that it's always good to have a regular support group. So maybe you can make the next one? :)

It was very nice meeting you litgrade + amarand! We'll definitely have to do this again.

Blueskies, so sorry you couldn't join us today—hopefully next time will work out!

Today is such a gorgeous day out, we should've gone to a park for a walk or something. Perhaps next time we meet up, we'll come up with a local park and do a summer potluck..? Even if it's just a small gathering it could be very nice.

Had a really great time! It's always nice to know you're not going at this lifestyle change alone, that's for sure....

A park potluck would be a lot of fun!

I love potlucks! It's always so fun to try new recipes--and I usually try harder to make something interesting than I normally would at home. :)

That's great SecondHalf! Let us know if you ever want to get together. We haven't been terribly active here, as there aren't many of us. But we're always open to getting to know more McDougallers in the area! :-D
