I think I forgot again and posted in June yesterday. Well, at least I got if figured out before the 4th like last month.
I, too, am making potato salad but for the SAD eaters. I've got the kids off milk and onto soy. But I'm hearing that that isn't good either for weight loss.
I am so tired of someone having something bad to say about everything. I don't know what to eat or drink any more. I am beginning to wonder if this diet is any better than anyother. I think the only reason why I'm losing weight is because of the low fat.
But I am going to stay on it anyways. Lately, I have really been wanting to eat meat and I'm not a meat eater. Maybe I haven't been eating enough beans. To much grain. Oh, I don't know. Maybe I'm just not feeling well and crabby. Whatchathink?
Today was oat bran, salad and vegan pizza, beans. Strawberries.
Well, I gotta run. Tired from coughing with these allergies/or cold. Have a good 4th and be blessed and safe.
Ok. Well you have a challenge here. Fortunately POTATOES are not on the list, as well as other beans such as kidney, black, and garbanzo. And there are still plenty of greens left such as romaine, spinach, kale, broccoli, squash, tomatoes, etc. Plus fruits. Grains could possibly by quinoa (sp?) and millet??
