This is the second time I've tried a vegan diet, first time with a starch based (I like it much more than my first attempt). Has anyone else experienced almost like a muscle softening when you go on a vegan diet. I love the weight loss but I wish my muscles didn't shrink and turn to pudding.
Does anyone know if this is maybe due to me not eating enough food or maybe certain kind of foods. Any insight is much appreciated.

Muscles grow and firm with exercise challenge, and diminish without it. If you are not eating enough and exercising enough to sustain muscle mass, then muscle will lose shape and size.
