Jumping jacks? High knees? :)

: I walk fast almost everyday for 1h-1h30min(5-7times a week) and light weight training 2-4 times a week. Otherwise I am sedentary or doing some housework or gardening. But sometimes I feel like I am not exercising enough. :?

Hi Lola,

Is there a question here I can help you with? Sometimes a simple shift up in challenge with resistance training is just the ticket.

No, no specific question. Sorry, I don't understand the last sentence  , English is not my first language.

Hi Lola,

A 'shift up in challenge' would be increasing the amount of weight lifted, the number of sets completed, or the number of repetitions per set increased, for example. Also, it is important to change your routine on a regular basis to keep the body guessing and challenged. This can be done by doing different exercises, doing similar exercises at a different speed or tempo, or both.
