hey everybody ima a new mcdougaller and find everybody here helpful and very smart and interesting well i ordered a couple of dvd's and books the list includes lighten up and calorie density by jeff novick, the pleasure trap , losing weight with out losing your mind and mcdougal made easy and irressitible and money saving medical advice and the truth about protein and a book by joel fuhrman eat for health a two book series thanks to everybody advice well my problem is that im overweight now im 5 foot 7 and weight 240 pounds which at one point was all muscle but wasnt happy on the sad so i wanted to know how can i incorporate the mcdougall way of eating trying to be a bodybuilder i use to use alot of protein powders and supplements like l-carnitine to lose fat and cla i tried looking but i found no information on here if anybody can help me it would be great thanks ahead of time
