As Dr. McDougall had promised we meet some wonderful people on our trip to Costa Rica this past February. One of whom, Joyce, is featured here in an article about local organic produce. She is having great sucess with her gardening efforts and I thought I would share it with you all.

one of my three garden patch boxes arrived yesterday...by the end of the month I should have things planted for this area. The guy at Home Depot said the tomato transplants I need aren't in till the end of August but I could plant the seeds and buy the pepper and jalapeno plants now. I am waiting for the other two and then will start it! :D
not sure exactly what to plant yet....I love swiss chard but that's not till sept. here,we'll see...
