Nutritional facts website?

Postby veggiemom » Thu Apr 10, 2014 4:17 pm

Could anyone tell me which nutritional facts website Jeff uses? I work for a plant-based physician, and write articles for her webpage. I'm trying to compare the nutritional profile of eggs to whole plant foods. I have a website, but would like to use a credible one, so that I've got my information correct for the article. Thank you!

The three programs I recommend are

1) The USDA Nutrition Database

http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list

2) The CRON-O-Meter

https://cronometer.com/

3) NutritionData.com

http://nutritiondata.self.com/

All three are excellent and free
