 Post subject: Semolina & Light Silk Brand Soy Milk

Jeff.

Would you comment on these 2 items? I saw semolina on the ingredient list of a kind of pasta and curious to know what the deal is on that item.

I usually use Westsoy fatfree soy milk. But sometimes i pick up the Silk brand light version vanilla. Is that an "allowed" item
