 Post subject: Amount of water in recipes

Jeff,

I have noted a much lighter and energetic feeling after I consume a starch dish that is prepared with more water (adding more water to my breakfast grain, making watery stews/soups.....etc... vs thick/pasty or baked).

Any idea why this would be ?

Does adding water compromise digestion ?
