Jeff,

I have a tendency to really enjoy sweet juicy fruit after a hard workout.

I know you do not advocate a fruit based diet .... but are there advantages to consuming fruit directly after exercise ? Some exercise gurus claim that there is an "optimum glucose uptake window" post exercise.... ~ 30 mins. If this is the case - it does seem that a quick juicy fruit meal would be ideal.

Is there any truth/logic to this ?
