I have experienced more recent morning stiffness and lack of sleep. I am 54 and took methotrexate for about 3 years for rh however am currently off due to lack of insurance and a choice to try and do without. I am happy to say I am doing well and my stomach definitely feels much better. I have been experiencing a nodule in my right hand and morning stiffness. Wandering if there is anything in my diet that I could change or a mcdougallremedy to try. Thanks so much for the video on youtube. It is quite informative and simply makes sense. I only hope I can change some of my habits to change the way I feel and ultimately live. Thanks so much for caring for so many people and our future generations.

Before McDougall when I ate any dairy at all my bones would hurt really bad. It was like I could feel each and every bone in my body. I would get up in the morning barely able to move. So I stopped eating any dairy. Then my aunt said my Grandmother couldn't eat dairy either but she didn't know why. After being on McDougall for maybe one month, I'm new at this, my pain was almost completely gone. Then my husband and I ate at a Chinese place. I had stir fried veggies with tofu. A few hours later I hurt just terrible and could hardly walk. That is when I read, maybe here, that fat can make you hurt. I had never ever heard that before. When I stopped using any added fat at all and ask for steamed veggies when we ate out again my pain left.
Perhaps this will help you.
