Hi jeff,

Does eating 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli or cauliflower or 1 cup of arugula, every day, provide enough calcium for a vegan?

All plant foods provide calcium and some are more calcium dense than others. I would recommend looking at the calcium content of the entire diet.
