Hello Jeff,

I don't have much variety in vegetables, because some of them just don't agree with my digestion. So is there any problem if I eat only spinach, pak choy and broccoli for some time? I am testing other vegetables but its hard because I am still a student and my parents buy me food. We have a lot of home grown vegetables and I can't eat most of them, but my parents don't understand that and don't want to buy me so much other vegetables. I am already happy that they support my decision not to eat animal products...
We also have home grown butternut squash, but I am still not sure if it agrees with me or not.
Dr. McDougall said we can live on starch, green and yellow vegetables, so if I eat mostly brown rice, oats, millet, pak choy, spinach, broccoli and butternut squash I should be OK?

I use cronometer and as I see all these vegetables are nutrient dense...

Thank you.

The question is not whether a few foods are nutrient dense, which all whole plant foods are, but is your total average daily intake meeting your nutrient needs.
