Jeff, I noticed that in the almond milk we use it lists some fiber on the nutrition label. This really confuses me because I thought fiber always had to be bulk and that there is no fiber in liquids (i.e. the reason why juicing is discouraged by some). Can you explain how fiber can be in almond milk? What am I misunderstanding?

I can' say for sure without seeing the exact products and the ingredients but in general, it may come from 2 places. The first is from the almonds depending on how well it is strained. The second if from the addition of any supplemental fiber.
