I have a question regarding food combining.
Is it OK to combine spinach, other high oxalic acid vegetables and acid fruits (like cooked tomatoes) with starches (white rice). I base my main meals mainly on white rice and a lot of vegetables (1.2kg a day).
I read on http://chetday.com/fcnecess.html
that oxalic acid in spinach and other acids in food almost totally delay starch digestion. I usually add 200g of spinach to my rice meals and feel not very good after the meal.
I would be thankful for advice.
