I have been putting flax seeds (ground) and chia seeds on my oatmeal every morning. I want to know if this is a healthy thing to do, and if so what is the correct amount to put on it each morning. I am needing to lose 80lbs, so is this increasing my calorie intake? I am adding these to get Omega 3 and Omega 6, thanks

Jeff
I also would like to know the answer to this question. The favorable Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio you have pointed out in your DVDs has made me make this a regular practice in my diet, but does the answer change if you have heart disease, even if you are not overweight.

I would recommending reviewing these threads to get a better understanding of the whole issue.
