Hi Jeff! You often recommend this text book as a great resource for nutrition education. Unfortunately its quite expensive. I can find 1990's editions for almost nothing. Is it worthwhile to buy these older editions if for nothing more than a good nutritional background or would you recommend staying with the more upto date editions?

I would recommend the latest edition as it would be the most up to date. I think that would be the 10th edition.

Search around on the internet and you just may find a good deal.
