Hi Jeff,

What is your take on the health benefits of green tea vs. the negative effects of caffeine?

Thanks (did a search but didn't come up with much).

I just talked with Dr. Greger at the weekend ASW event in Santa Rosa and two other people mentioned the hibiscus tea. Seems to have been a hit with a lot of people.

Thanks for the tip on hibiscus tea! Never had heard of it (in general I don't like herbal teas, so don't really look to see what is out there).

But, I also don't like the caffeine effect, but do like a hot cup in the morning, so I'll give it a try.
