I started with last pm's dinner.... I am on the program.
Lots of starch, veggies, and 4-6 fruits per day is where I will start.
Bfast is oatmeal or cornmeal
Lunch is potatoes and beans
Dinner - see lunch
I have a salad with dinner and lunch as well.
So far - so good. I have noticed a dull headache and a bit of a sour taste in my mouth - I guess the body is adjusting.
