Hi Jeff,
Having low grade prosate cancer (3yrs. no allopathic treatments,drugs,etc. I have a McDouglal type diet. Just read a book by Mark Scholz, MD which talked about insulin, much more than glucose drives prostate cancer. It also talks about amino's in "meat" causes a well fertilized enviorment for cancer cells to replicate.
My question is are all excessive aminos dangerous. I use a brown rice/ pea protein powder which contain all the aminos. I do it for flavor as my breakfast concoction i use over oatmeal, quinoa or brown rice tastes lousy without it, though it is "very" healthy. (i considered 1/2 banana and some blueberries but watch my sugar intake) I use only 1/2 serving of the protein powder. Sounds silly but would these extra aminos be also considered dangerous ?
(Jeff talked me off these powders which i did stop till i started using this breakfast mix--he saved me mucho $$

)
