Hi, Jeff, (and all)

Here's my question: how do you calculate how many actual pounds of your body are body fat. i have had my body fat calibrated a couple different ways but would like to know how that percentage translates into pounds. Is that possible?

For example, if a person weighs 150 pounds at 20% body fat, would that mean 30 pounds were actual fat?

Thank you, i hope you can help me understand this more thoroughly.

Deb
