Real Hunger

Postby zumacraig » Sun Apr 20, 2014 12:55 pm

Jeff and Crew,

I'm looking to get some perspective on this. My hunger cycle, for lack of a better phrase, is so messed up. I'm not really sure what real hunger feels like. I find myself wanting to just munch on stuff to pacify anxiety, but my stomach is actually full. It's hard to get away from this, but I really want to get to a point of eating 3 SNAP meals a day and that's it. I'm eating the right food, but still want to snack.

The other aspect of this is that I tend to have some sort of 'crash' from 3 till dinner where I'm starving and tired and irritable. Any advice on what this and how to deal with it?

Thanks for any input.
