Well, I've been McDougalling for 2 days now, and I have lost 4 pounds. This is great, and pretty effortless, considering I had almost an entire bag of whole wheat pasta for dinner last night. I have to cut down on my amounts, but I am happy with my progress so far. I have been eating steel oats with blueberries and agave nectar (recipe in June newsletter) for breakfast, and it is delicious. Then I make a meal later in the day. Today I am going to make the bean casserole from the current newsletter. I have decided to cut down on exercising, and not put any pressure on myself to develop better habits in life (sleeping less, flossing more, etc.) since I really now need to concentrate on my eating habits.
