Sun, 20th May

Breakfast: Oats w/ splash of soy milk, 3 medjool dates, green tea
Snack: 2 x rice cakes with vegemite
Lunch: 4 x slices vegan multigrain bread w/ strawberry jam
Snack: 5 x sml apples, 4 x medjool dates
Dinner: Brown rice, mixed veggies and vegan Shepherd's pie (mashed potato with sml amount of vegan cheese, chopped veggies, lentils)

Water: 2 litres

Mon, 21st May

Breakfast: Oats, goji berries
Lunch: Vegan dining: Carrot and coriander soup, chickpea dish (brown rice, chickpea with vegan curry, salad)
Snack: 2 x sml apples
Dinner: 2 x rice paper rolls, roast veggies (potatoes, pumpkin, carrot, eggplant) and steamed rice

Exercise: 1 hours of jazz dancing
Water: 3 litres
