I have been exercising on the Wii. It has been a lot of work. I've also been doing Yoga, and I keep challenging myself with that.
Lastly, I have been drinking green tea and water. I have been slipping and eating peanut butter and some specialty teas my sister bought me. I can't help myself. However, with the whole of the changes I've been making, I certainly am a lot happier!
