DAY 2

B - English muffin, meatless saugage
L - tortilla chip salad
s - cookie
d - cabbage and meatless sausage

Today was not a stellar day but I did go for a walk on my break and I walked the dog this morning. I'm hoping to ride my bike some this weekend.

I bruised my foot by dropping a log on it and so it hurts. My heal was really hurting too so I changed to my walking shoes at work hoping to make it to the end of the day without anyone saying something.

:(

Saturday was day 4

B =Persimmon pancakes from the McD recipe
Meatless sausage

L - steamed veg, leftover meatless sausage, rice

D - Sesame noodles with a salad

Trying to keep the menu simple. Since I have my daughter and her family living with me. The refuse to eat my food except to try a taste. Hubby had been eatting what I make but he can't lay off the ice cream.

I try to keep the goal of actually loosing weight and getting healthy. I road my bike yesterday. I love it I just wish I could ride everyday. It is still chilly and dark outside when I leave for work and dark when I return I only have the weekends to ride now until it starts lightening in the evenings this spring.

:P :-P

wow ok I pushed esc and everything I typed disappeared. Conscience or un?

Ok well I've been here since 2007. Obviously not doing well I'm still at 213.

I went shopping yesterday to get a few things. I have decided to stop eatting fake vegan meat, hubby had bought a bunch of fake vegan meat. Thats how he eats this way. He doesn't have the health issues I have. He loves to eat out so he can have chicken or fish, I don't cook meat. He gave up beef and chicken which I'm proud he did that. But he has replaced the fake stuff for meat.

Besides being obese I have high blood pressure and my mother and grandfather had type 2 diabetes. My cholestsrol is not high but my trygl are very high. I'm trying but as Yoda says Try not do or do not.

Starting yesterday I'm doing. I have the skills, cookbooks and know how.

:D

Today is Monday February 18 President's day so I'm off hubby too.

I have read, went for a bike ride and had lunch with hubby.

He is working on getting the back yard cleaned and ready for our garden. I read somemore of the starch solution and trying to figure out dinner.

I was looking for a vegn rice pudding recipe to make for hubby he likes his sweets.

Just popping in to say that I've been lurking and you seem to be doing great!

You might show your husband Dr. McD's video about soy. That fake meat will kill ya'.
