I almost went off plan yesterday at Applebees. We went out to eat and there was NO McDougall food at the restaurant. I ordered a 550 calorie meal from the "lite" section. It was a small steak with potatoes and a portabello mushroom. Well they brought it out and there was more cheese than mushroom and the steak was lousy. I think they microwaved it. I hardly ever make a fuss in a restaurant, but when the waitress asked me how we liked the food, I told her I couldn't eat it. She told the manager and he came out. They offered to cook me something else, but we were planning to watch a movie which began in 30 minutes, so he took the plate back and didn't charge for my dinner. I just ate the potatoes off my husband's plate. So I guess that's how I get spanked when going off plan. Ha ha.
Did you find GF bread without oil in it? I can't seem to find any.
