January Week 4 Exercise:


Sunday:rest
Monday: 5 k run - done
Tuesday: 15 K cycle or swim
Wednesday: 5K run
Thursday: rest
Friday: 5 K run
Saturday: 20 K cycle

Tuesday 24: very busy - no ex. time
B: Oats and apple
L: Plum and potato
S: Carrot, apple
D: huge potato and red kidney bean and tomato soup, oats



Wednesday 25: very busy - no ex. time

L: big potato, carrot
S: big potato, peach, tomato
D:mixed greens, broccoli, carrot, brown rice

Just to round off January: I lost 6 inches and 1 pants size! YAY!

I am continuing into Feb, but won't be journalling - too busy.

I'm looking forward to what the next few months have to bring and hope to drop to a SA size 10 -US size eight- in the next 4-6 weeks.

This WOE is the best! NO hunger, no cravings...just a lot of healthy food....and every day I feel slimmer. Makes me so happy!
