I weren't so hungry in the morning. I woke up, drank water and went out. When I got home, I still weren't hungry and I just drank some more water. I wanted food, but it wasn't the real hunger. Maybe I were eating too much for my system for the past two weeks and this made me bloated and thirsty. I can finally determine what is the real hunger and just wait for it. I am spending too much time at home, I eat for no reason and just think I am hungry... I can see this now. :)
I ate oatmeal with banana for lunch and for dinner/when the hunger comes, I'm planning to have some baked smashed potatoes, green beans, carrots and my everyday brown rice with tomato puree.

Today I made Persimmon Bread from fatfreevegan blog and Gingersnaps - recipe here. I don't add any sweetener in bread but it is tasty anyway. :) Cookies are great too! I add a little honey instead of maple syrup and molasses. Because of this I have to add some apple juice to have enough wet mass. But I think I will make them tomorrow again, because everybody love them. :)

b - oatmeal
l - pak choi, brown rice
d - pak choi, green beans, brown rice, persimmon bread, gingersnaps

It's very nice christmas day. Sunny and not cold and I ate one piece of italian amaretto cookie. :? Well it was just one piece, I just wanted to try it... And I don't have cravings for other non- McDougall sweets in the house. :-)

b - oatmeal with banana
s - persimmon bread, gingersnaps, one piece of amaretto cookie
l - pak choi, green beans, brown rice, potatoes, gingersnaps
d - green beans, polenta

Yesterday I received digestive enzymes, which I order from UK, I hope they will work.
Otherwise my digestion is OK these days. I hope my body is OK with wheat, since so many IBS sufferers have problem with it. When I was a child I have alergy test for different kinds of food and they found nothing, so maybe in my case it's just stress.

I was snacking on rice waffles all afternoon and just finish the whole pack. I just ate two heads of broccoli and maybe I will eat just spinach for dinner, because I'm not so hungry now...

Today, no exercise. :S It wasn't cold outside, but just boring and gray day... I was a little sleepy all day.. Yesterday I went on long one hour walk. :)

Today I get the feeling that people around me thinks this my new lifestyle is just a phase, but I know I can't go back to my old life again. I was totally lazy, tired, unhappy, being awake all nights, hated sun, etc. Now I am more positive, I don't have to drink green tea or coffee to stay awake al day, I feel so much better, I don't have to wash my hair everyday and my skin is so beautiful. I never had real problems with skin, just some pimples on my back and chest and dry skin in winter. Now my body is almost completelly clear and soft, my face is almost never dry even it's winter and I don't have to use skin or body care anymore. I just use shampoo, water, hand soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. :-)

I am always bloated. :? I was eating a lot of cookies made from wheat and pumpernickels(rye) these days. I will cut gluten grains for some time now to see if this is the problem. Or maybe I have problems digesting leafy greens... Or maybe not enough water. I'm confused.

b - apple, oatmeal with banana, 2 cookies
l - spinach, polenta with broccoli
d -I'm planning: spinach, broccoli, baked smashed potatoes
new year's eve snack :-) - vanilla soymilk

I feel better today. I ate cornflakes with vanilla soymilk yesterday. :) I'm gonna buy this soymilk often. It's delicious(bourbon vanilla) and contains only water, soy, brown sugar, vanilla and a little sea salt - even if I drink one liter of this milk I will not exceed the maximum amount of sodium. I found cornflakes containing only corn, barley malt and sea salt - a little too much of sea salt, so I won't eat it in large amounts.

b - apple, oatmeal with banana, cornflakes with vanilla soymilk, one cookie
l - spinach, broccoli, buckwheat
s - buckwheat muffins with maple syrup and bananas
d - spinach, buckwheat

Happy new year! I hope I will achieve as much or even more than last year. :)

I feel better everyday! I feel like I'm 10 again. 8) I started taking digestive enyzmes few days ago - my stomach is calmer and there is less gas. :)

Yesterday:
b- apple, oatmeal, buckwheat muffins
s - vanilla soy dessert YUM! :)
l - spinach, polenta
s/d - rice cakes, broccoli

Today:
b - apple, oatmeal with banana, vanilla soymilk with cornflakes
l - broccoli, buckwheat, brown rice, banana
d -mandarin, butternut squash, spinach, brown rice
s - mandarin, banana
The only vegetables I were eating last days were broccoli and spinach, because they are the easiest to prepare(already picked, cooked and frozen). We have home grown spinach and broccoli, but we also have endive, butternut squash etc. so I have to stop being lazy and cut some butternut for todays dinner!! I need more colors in my menu.
Soy dessert I found yesterday have no carageenan YAY! and contains only soy, vanilla, brown sugar, a little sea salt, carob flour, rice flour, rice starch and agar agar. I really hope this is McDougall approved?!
