So Yesterday I didn't do to bad with not eating meats even though they were grilled and around me. Instead I ate a salad and a few baked potatoes with some Mrs dash seasoning and pepper. I had oatmeal and for lunch some vegtables. I am trying to figure out this whole new way of eating and am trying to figure out the cooking.
Today I Had some fruit for a late breakfast since we were up late and didn't get up until almost lunch time. I also had a fast pizza for lunch today which was pretty good. Tonight for dinner I am having Potatoes carrots and tomatoes with rice and some beef broth.
I am feeling a little better that I did yesterday and am hoping to continue to feel better.
I am trying to figure out certain foods since we don't have a big selection here in Germany on our base. Found these soup bases but wasn't sure if they were okay for my broth or not was hoping maybe someone could tell me they are at http://www.amazon.com/Vogue-Cuisine-Veg ... dium+foods
