The weight has been a roller coaster this week and I refuse to analyse it. I have been on program, it just keeps bouncing up. So, so be it, I'll adjust. I got serious again on the water yesterday and went back to sweet potatoes most of the day. Today I will stick with them completely.
I was up as high as 208.5 this week which is 4 pounds up from last week. I am down again some but still 2 pounds over last week. I have been as low as 203.5, sadly just onces away from getting out of obese.
I am working at it hard, but I am also going to think back when that stubborn 218 (which always caused huge plateaus for me) was busted. I think it took a month or more, it was before I joined the weigh ins so I didn't track as well. Anyway, I just keep thinking --- this will be a weight that's in the rear view mirror too --- and at some point I'll be whinning about 152 or something
