Thanks PotatoFiend. I feel so much better when I exercise.

Today was just dancing around and gardening.

I had bell pepper<green, red, yellow and orange>, zucchini, green onion and chives salad for breakfast and then again for dinner and then I had a kale, banana, date, and honeydew melon smoothie for dinner.

exercise chasing 3 year old around park and playing on toys with him. but ouch when I fell off the strange thing that goes in a circle as well as up and down in a hill type form. Was kinda funny though.

Lets see food was smoothie, lettuce and radish salad, a Vegan burrito, and a lara bar blueberry mmmmmm...

got a clothing rack free from craigslist today so now I just need to get some more hangers so I can hang up all those wonderful clothing I was given.

Walked quite a bit today.

Food: Smoothie, sprouted sunflower seeds with cayenne seasoning mmmmm just a little of it. salad of lettuce and radishes and then I went to a potluck and there were 4 others that are eating vegan they are on the E2L plan. I had salad that one of them made, and green beans that one of them made as well. and then the bell pepper and zucchini salad that I made. was delicious and I behaved that is best of both worlds.

245lbs today. that's 1.5lbs since last week. WOOT!!! I weighed this amount when I got preggers with my daughter and then well preggers I lost down to 170lbs and then I got preggers with my son and gained that all back and was 245lbs again. So I'll be very glad to see this weight gone forever.

Said that on weight loss thread but thought I'd put it here too.

I was living pretty much technology free this weekend and loved it.

Not going to list everything I had but I stuck to plan other then a smoothie that someone else made and I didn't think to ask what they put in it until after I got hives and sore all over. gah. It had a tiny bit of milk which I've always had problems with but since I cleaned my system out when I have the reaction is worse then it used to be.

went for a 27.22 mile bike ride with 3 of my nephews and my hubby this weekend. was a lot of fun.

wow to that long bike ride!! Rosey, it is so cool when my DH has now joined me on the WOE, this is day 5 for him, and he is determined and it is so nice not to have to cook for him, and then my son and I are cooking for each other.
I have noticed that when I even add some of the almond milk to my smoothies, to make it sort of a milkshake type of drink, my tummy will be in pain... so I stopped that too. Don't need the fat I am sure.
:-D :-D Hey I am down to 166 now!! cannot believe it, saw this number a few months ago, and here it is again. so cool beans!! and my highest ever was 235! Now that DH is on this with us, I might be down a few more, it is so easy to stay on this WOE with company! At 66 he is very very fortunate with his good health so far! Even eats his oatmeal now with some brown sugar.
Hey I love this WOE have a mentioned that before? :D :D :D :D :D :D
have a good day sweetie, and keep on riding that bike.

Sometimes I add the almond milk sometimes I don't. I found that I can add it 2 or 3 times a week without issues if I do it more then that I have issues.

I took a 2.73 mile walk yesterday was fun.

Food yesterday 2 green smoothie, bowl of half brown rice and half veggies

Not really much exercise yesterday I was being a bit lazy.

Food. Smoothie, banana, bowl 1/2 rice 1/2 veggies, bean and vegan cheese burrito and yes I'm reacting from having the gluten gah. I need to learn to leave bread of all types alone. I do good for quite some time then all of a sudden I'm trying to eat it again.

My oh my were does the time go??? I see I haven't been on here since the 7th.

Been eating really well except once when we went out to eat I ended up with a tiny bit of oil and boy did I know it afterwards. Don't know why I did it either I know they have dishes there that I can eat without the oil in it.

We have been bike riding almost every day for 27 to 30 miles. we took a walk instead of a bike ride today.

Rosey, HI sweetie, sorry I have neglected my time on the McDougall boards, so I was just catching up some. Your long bike rides are so great! I need to start doing that and I will just as soon as I can. Better for the knees! congrats on the wt loss too. I too have given up all flour products (again that is) and so the wt loss is happening again, and I do not want it to stop! I am down to 165 and never thought was possible! I remember weighing that much or that little yrs ago, and oh well, here I go again, it is staying off this time. Since DH has joined me it is so much fun, to cook, and we all eat the same thing. His gut has gone down some too.
It will not be long til you are at 200! That was the most coolest moment of my life, and I mean it!
Have a great evening to you!
