Hey you - send some of that good weather south - would ya plz!!!

Naughty you and the bread, girl you so know what that'll do to you! I really miss bread sometimes - like when I go to big markets and they have all the artesian breads in big units up front.

I have seen that sourdough may be OK for us though - then again I don't know if I am willing to test the theory either

Bread doesn't work for me, either, or noodles. Basically, anything made from flour. Oh well. There's a lot of other stuff to eat out there.

Laugh. I'm here. Just have been busy. I seem to be stuck at 248lbs but I lost a size even being stuck at it. Always like that.
Speaking of busy need to get off here hubby and I are going to go for a bike ride. HUGS!!!

I've built up to that. When I first started bicycling I could barely do 3 miles without hurting. I've done up to 40 now but it was a bit much. I'm working to that. SMILE.

Thanks Nicoles. It's a lot of fun. We are going to go bike riding again tonight after the kiddo I babysit goes home with his mom.

I need to get a bike trailer again. I gave one I had to my mom because I didn't think I was going to have him this year.

I started with a recumbent trike now I'm riding a Townie bike so a normal bike but I'm getting good enough now that we are talking about getting me a faster bike.

Great progress on the bike distances, Rosey! I'm looking forward to getting my bike out of storage soon so I can ride more. 'Course I'll have to do it early in the morning now that the heat is upon us here in the SW.

Get it out Chile. It's so much more fun then walking or at least I think so. I need to get a bike that lets me go faster though.

WOOT!!! I got given so many clothes I had to pick and chose what to keep. When I was trying to get by with just a few because I didn't want to spend the money to buy more when my size keeps changing.

Now I got so many that I'm giving a lot of them to friends that are same size I am. works really well because friend that's house caught fire a month ago is in need of clothing too and she is coming over tomorrow to get a bunch of them.

Got to get myself to drink more water that's my down fall lately and every time I get that down fall I seem to plateau.

Nice to have enough clothing choices to be picky! When I go to the thrift stores to shop, I'm always jealous of how much more is available in the smaller sizes. I'll get there eventually and then be able to select what looks good not just what fits and has no stains or rips!

I have two bikes. One is a hybrid style - not a mountain bike or cruiser or road bike - that is pretty heavy. I can get decent speed on it when I'm in shape. The other one, the one that's been stuck in storage for over two years, weighs even more but it also has an electric assist motor on it. So, when I encounter a hill or I'm carrying a heavy load (it's got huge panniers), I can get a little help. Because of this, I am able to expand my riding options considerably, especially since I live in an area with hilly roads and my knees complain about biking uphill right now. Can't wait to have the big bike here soon! This weekend hopefully!!!

Yeah when he gave me these he pulled up with a 16ft utility trailer half full of clothing. About half full of clothing. He told me to take anything I might wear that was my size or smaller and then choose from it later and pass on anything I didn't end up wanting. Plus side is I have a friend that wears the same size who's house burned down a month ago. So she gets to have fun going through the rest of it.

We have been talking about getting me a hybrid bike as well. So that I can go faster then I can with my cruiser. I am planning on getting a rack and panniers for my cruiser so far been just using a back pack but would love to have the junk in panniers instead.
