Rosey, hey there, and just wanted to jump on your journal and say how great you are doing too! it is amazing how a plant based, and no added oils can make such a huge difference in just about everything!!!
No can tell me that it does not work, when all the people on these boards can testify how many medical issues were cleared up and without any surgery or meds. such a cheap deal, only eats plants, and no added oils! I agree, have never felt better either. And my bloating only comes back if I am eating too much stuff such as fruits or potatoes too. It has to the sugar, when I go off plan, I pay for it dearly!!~ I learn slowly I think.
Hurray for the wt loss and the new size too. Isn't it wonderful? Taking control and making our own decisions in the most basic of stuff, like what we know works in our tummy! I 'd love to shout it from the rooftop, but I am certain that on one wants to listen to me! but oh the compliments are the belief I see in the faces, who cannot believe it!
And so nice you can breathe easy again on money issues too. Talk about stress!
Hey BTW. I am impressed by how long and far you can walk. Your joints are in great shape, and your ankles must be too, count that as a blessing!

actually not all my joints aren't in great shape but they are getting better. Laugh. I'd shout it from rooftop if I thought people would listen. I just got grumped at this morning for talking about my eating and health to much.

Oh, yes, I know hat feeling too. Joints are getting better for me too.
NO one wants to really believe it, but then I tell myself, who really cares about me, except me anyway.. I know it is working for me, and no one can tell it is not either.
Going to get my blood taken for lipids this am, and Dh asks me in the most accusing way, if we can go to BF too? well, I said, sure, I am can have some oatmeal or tea at least. He is not going to be happy with the new me, until he joins me I think. which may never ever happen either.
raining and thunder now of course! have a good day over there in OR! You do look great! Shine on, and let the world figure it out I say!

My hubby doesn't eat this way 100% but he does at home and even a lot of time when we go out now. He says he's starting to feel icky when he does eat the meat and dairy. laugh.

well, they might learn one day! Sp g;ad that I am not the only one with a DH like mine, so stubborn...... Dh had a very bad reaction to the meal of bacon, eggs, and biscuits etc at Cracker Barrel. He suffered badly, and yet he still wanted to say, oh, it is only once in a great while, so leave me alone! it is nutty, but oh well, I feel great eating this way, and nothing can beat that for me!
Have a good one!

Laugh. Carollynne they might at least we can hope.

Saturday was a great day took my parents, nephews, and my hubby all to Tryon Park and walked for hour and half. was a blast. Before that Parents wanted to go to Burgerville so we went and Mom and I had veggie burgers with dry with no dairy. Yummy.

After that FIL took hubby and I to laughing planet for an early birthday dinner for hubby. He's 41 now.

Good day.

wow, so nice for you all to have had such a fun day all together! and a very happy Birthday to your DH ,Justin! sounds wonderful! keep smiling, and it will see you thru.
I went with a girlfriend to see her son's girlfriend in Teen Idol competition, It was a very fun experience to see and hear all the 20 young contestants competing. Great voices, playing instruments etc. thee was just too many who were sooo heavy, up on stage and and wearing such short skirts, or sleeveless and huge stomach, no leggins, no panty hose and they were directly above the judges too. on them when they were only in their teens! but the lady who won, had a voice like Susan Boyle, just a bit lower, a natural, and the heaviest too. I was amazed, hope that she can find the self esteem now to lose about 150 lbs too, her voice was a gift from God! The best part was that the mom of the teen I was going there to hear sing, kept passing around all this candy, and I resisted it all, had some chewing gum to keep me ok, and then gf and I went straight home since it was just so late anyway, and we did not go to the Buffalo wings place that they planned on eating at. I got home at midnight, a very unusual time for me! but it was fun too...... oh and Gf mentioned that I looked thinner in the middle somehow!! woo-hoo!

Rosey, your two pictures tell the whole story, don't they? Can't wait for the last picture when you get to your healthy weight. :)

Me too. Just knowing how much healthier I am with this much difference I'm ready to see at a healthy weight. Right now though I seem to be at my second plateau since starting.

I just bought 1X skirt, shirt and workout shirt and a 2X workout pants I fit in the 1X pants but I didn't like how it was on the butt. Nice feeling buying smaller sizes.
