5.12 miles walking today and then did .25 miles on my ellipticial.

B: Rice with bbq sauce and a small salad
L: Rice with greens, veggies, salsa and seasonings
D: Rice with greens, veggies, salsa and seasonings

well last Friday I weighed and was 256lbs then Saturday I weighed that and it had been telling me batteries were low so I went and got new ones it instantly jumped up 4lbs. well now with the new batteries I'm back down to 256lbs.

Lets see didn't post yesterdays so here is both yesterday and today.

Yesterday I had rice, greens and veggies with salsa and seasonings for one meal and then I had a yummy winter squash red curry and a vegan cheesecake at the Blossoming Lotus restaurant that my hubby took me too. Cheesecake was probably a no no but it was yummy.

Was only 2 meals I had yesterday.

Today I've had Rice with bbq sauce and veggies
2 baked potatoes with a small salad
and my tortilla soup that my hubby has decided he LOVES.

Weights for 30 min yesterday and 1.7 mile walk today.

4.23 miles today. some of it walking and some of it on my elliptical.

L: Rice with salsa and seasonings
D: Tortilla soup but made different then normal used spinach instead of corn since I was out of corn and made my own refried beans since I didn't have any of those either. Plus added Salsa to it. oh and white beans instead of black beans.

I got it from my mom.
I put in.

2 cans of refried beans <I get bearitos brand because it has no oils>
2 cans of black beans
1 lb bag of corn
1 lb bag of ore da hash brown or diced potatoes
1 32oz container of veggie broth<you have to watch type you by on this as well.>
1 red onion
garlic <I love garlic so I've been putting in a whole head of it.>
Cayenne<to taste I like a lot>
Cumin<also to taste>

And been buying corn tortilla's and cutting them into 4 sections and baking them with Water and Tabasco sauce spritz on them. If I bake the enough they crumble nicely into the soup. If not then I end up dipping them. Either way works great.

I know what you mean about the foot, When I crank up my knee, they begin to feel better and better...

It is very good my dad, my hubby and his dad all love it as much as I do. I need to make sure I don't eat it every meal when I make it because to much of it will stall the weightloss.
