Ok, I know it is still Nov. for a couple of days, but I need a fresh start :oops: so going to go with it today. =)

L - stuffing rice and pumpkin
D - rice, black beans, spinach, red pepper, onion, tomato and salad

Ok, so menu for tomorrow Tuesday!

November 30
weight - 151
Down - .4 =)

B - rice and coffee
L - stuffing rice and butternut
D - rice, onion, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, pepper, spinach, carrot
S - banana

Excellent day!! Stayed on track, no added salt =) All in all the best day I have had in quite awhile. Now repeat!! :D

L - potato
D - Spinach salad, veggie and rice, dinner roll
S - Banana

Not worried about the weight I had spagetti sauce last night that had quite a bit of salt in it. No worries!

Menu for Sunday!!

Dec. 5
weight - did not weigh
Lost -

B - Beans
L - soup with beans, carrots, celery, onions, quinoa, vegan cornbread
D - vegan cornbread
S -Strawberries

I have a terrible sore throat and the only thing that makes it feel better is to be eating and drinking. So I am trying to drink a lot and not eat so much. =( But sorry to report I throw in the towel and ate processed food. All vegan, but to high in fat and processed. =( So tomorrow is a new dayi!!

Plan for Monday!

Dec. 6
weigh - 152.2 weight shows I throw in the towel. And to much sodium!!
Lost - 0

Breakfast - wheat berries and 1 tablespoon sugar and coffee
L - bean soup
Dinner - rice and curried Lentils
S - Pear, 2 cups of lemon juice and honey for throat

Got to get to the store or we will not be eating anything!! =)

Day in reveiw-pretty good day. Did well, on the food. This sore throat is killing me!! Go away!!

Lemon juice for my sore throat. I added a touch of honey to 2 of the cups, but other then that I just did lemon juice.
