Thank you Deb!! I think I am on the mend now. I not only had a cold I also hurt my back on Monday so the meds I am taking have a lot of soidum in them and I know that is why my weight is up. So I am not going to weigh for a couple of days so I don't get discouraged. =)

Teresa, sounds like you are doing great! I had to chuckle, because when I saw your breakfast, I thought, "Uh oh! walnuts and dried cranberries! Possible trouble!"--and then your last line told me--you know that already!! Good for you! Have a great new year!

Thank you frozenveg!! Yes they can be trouble!! Today is the last day of the walnuts and cranberries. They are not gone, but I am not doing them any more!! They are a treat food! It was a very small amunt 1 Tablespoon of the walnuts and probably 1/4 cup of the cranberries, but does not matter, no more!! =)

Thanks froenveg! We kind of got lost so that is why it was 1 hour and 20 minutes. =) I a sore today, good thing today is a day off of exercise. I am allowing myself Sundays off. But tomorrow back to it.

SmilingWendy - Thank you as well. Stuffing rice is so good. I dry fry onions, and celery lots of it and then add brown rice and polutry seasoning. I used to add sliced Almonds, but since I am doing MWL nuts are not allowed. Then I put it in a baking pan. I take some kind of winter squash, usually butternut, half it, take out the seed and put on top of the rice. Then bake it for 45 minutes. The squash takes on some of the flavoring of the rice. It is so good my favorit dish, as you can tell in my menus. =)
