CHRON-o-meter

Postby oceanfrontcabin » Tue Sep 28, 2010 3:39 pm

I'm having a very difficult time with the Chron-o-meter. I'm trying to add a new food to a recipe, and it won't let me add calories, fat, protein. Anyone else having difficulty with this program? Or can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks Deb. If I have a recipe, the CHRON-O-meter gives the total in grams, which are inaccurate. Is there a way to indicate the total recipe in cups, e.g., in a stew or serving size, e.g., 1/8 total cake?

I can add up my grams and they don't equal the total grams the CHRON-O-meter indicates-the CHRON is way low.

I am having such a hard time recording food intake with this process. But I like seeing the omega fatty acids there (hoping they are accurate).
