Starting Fresh

Postby berryberry » Tue Sep 07, 2010 6:08 am

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was my last day of 30 on the MWL plan, or at least my last day of a month of trying to follow the plan. I ended the 30 days 2.1 lbs down from where I started, not the results I was hoping for but better than nothing or going up. As I said in my last post there (viewtopic.php?f=21&t=18307) school starts today and I always do better with staying on track when I have more structure to my days because I often have to pack both meals and all my snacks for the day to take with me.

So now that the month is over I am starting fresh. I have a new goal, to be at or under 125 by November 1. This gives me 56 days, which is 8 weeks. Thats just over a half a pound a week, which I think is completely doable as long as I follow the plan.

Today: apple, oatmeal
lunch: sweet potato soup, carrots, cucumber
dinner: lentil shephard's pie
snack: grapes or banana, chick peas, corn

that's a good plan, a half pound a week. Very realistic, especially when you started only 12 lbs away from your goal.

 keep us posted, and keep on going strong :)

Day 9

1.1 lbs down in just over a week. I've been pretty good this week, but I am sick now and feeling terrible. Just hoping that as I keep going I will continue to be sick less often than I used to be, and that I feel better soon.
