Good for reporting your goof. They happen and it's better to acknowledge them.

Well has been almost a month since I last posted. What do I say busy, lazy, procrastinator. All of the above. Oct.11 I have Dr. app. so my goal is to take off some weight, lower my B.P. My way of doing these is to adhere to plan, exercise, journal much more faithfully than I have been. I don't know my weight as of today,as scales decided just today it needs a new battery.

Well today has been an interesting day. While getting dog into car,I didn't have hold of leash well. Dropped it so he left went toward DH at trunk of car,I grabbed at leash, missed and fell. My knee is sore, not hurting but stiff. I'm sure tonight it will really get stiff. Other wish it was a beautiful day in the ozarks. Food choices good, but no exercise, thats for sure. :-(

Knee is really sore. The good thing is there is no pain. Still hard to walk, and it is stiff. I didn't exercise today but did cut some basil out and bag some grass.

Thanks for reading my journal Earthwalker. We also love basil. I have made a lot of pesto and froze it for winter. Also froze basil. Hope I have enough for the winter. Usually my oregano will stay green all winter long so I can get a little even in the snow. I lost my sage this year will replant it next spring. I also have thyme growing, but i'm not sure if it is annual or preannual. Guess I will find out.
