I spent some time today cleaning out my closet of some of my size 16 clothes, since I am now wearing 14, and even a couple of 12s. I am donating them straight away because I am confident I won't need them again.
I'm still finding this fairly easy going. The hardest part is going out. I usually decide to eat before I go and just have a drink while I'm out. So easy to make a good meal at home, so hard to find something suitable when I'm out!
I'm going to be travelling in August and Sept. That is going to be a bit of a challenge foodwise. For some of the time we'll be staying in holiday houses and with relatives so I will have quite a bit of control over food prep. I just have to put up with some questioning about where I am getting my protein etc.

Today I'm eating sushi salad - brown rice mixed with various veggies along with rice vinegar and a little soy sauce.
