Today went well. I couple of times a felt hungry while at work. I work in a preschool and I can only have water while working in my classroom. So, I drank water. :) Right now I'm dealing with a headache.

The weather here has been muggy and hot. I have been fighting off the urge to go to 7-11 at the end of my street for a slurpee. I have cut down on my coffee. I feel that adding exercise has given me a natural energy boost. 8) How cool is that! Just feeling great. Even though it is the first day of my TOM. Did 35 minutes of cardio.

S: sourdough crackers w/ ff humus and baby carrots

For the past week I have been following the 30-day challenge of no processed foods. I am happy to say I'm down 4 pounds! :)
Here is what I ate today:
B: oatmeal, coffee w/ soy milk- had 1 cup
S:papaya
L: w.w. cous-cous w/ lentils and green beans, green salad
S: cous-cous w/ lentils and green beans
D: brown rice, steamed summer squash, baby greens- used some salt free spike on the squash
Feeling very clear headed and focused.

Your menu looks great.

Just wanted to point out that couscous is processed, in case you didn't know. It's a pasta. :-)
