Geez! I have MOST of these symptoms! Lol. That provides motivation to do this and do it right!
I was able to be pretty much 100% yesterday (maybe 99%), and I lost 1 lb. I feel good about that, and am motivated to keep it up today. I just have to choose to do it day by day right now, with my 3 week goal in mind.
We are having dinner with some family members Friday night at a restaurant that doesn't offer any vegan options, let alone McDougall entrees. So...I think I am going to just order a salad and a plain baked potato. They have spaghetti, but it is covered in a really thick meat sauce, so that is out. Although I could order the spaghetti dinner with no sauce I suppose, and then take my own sauce. It would be almost compliant, and I wouldn't have to give up the social aspect of being able to eat (pretty much) what everyone else is having. What do you think?
I haven't gotten any exercise this week, but hopefully tonight. I am journaling though, both here and in my private journal, and am keeping up with most of the conversations on the McDougall friends Facebook page, and that helps - everyone is so friendly and supportive. Maybe that "instant" support group atmosphere will help me when I am feeling the urge to have something naughty!
Okay, so as of this morning, my weight is 177. Hopefully that trend will continue for the next several days! I signed on for the "No Cheat Weekend" challenge on the facebook page, so that is added motivation to continue to be a good girl! Lol
