B- leftover veg pizza, almond milk cocoa
L- veg dog, with ketchup & mustard, 3-4 handfuls popcorn, halloween sized smarties :? (At truck show)
D- leftover veg pizza
S- chickpea spread on sprouted grain toast
S- Mexi snax pico de galo chips (vegan but not low fat :| ) & red wine

Not a great day, but I'll just keep on keepin on ;-)

B- sprouted grain toast with chickpea spread
L- SNAP meal on Brown rice - I like frozen stirfry veg mix,frozen collards, diced tomatoes, black beans, frozen corn and chili seasoning :)
D- BBQ at parents, got some Sol mushroom rice burgers edit: also had Asian noodle salad, just had sesame oil (fat wise)(edited autocorrect)

Everyone had chocolate cupcakes and strawberry pie, I PASSED!!

B- almond milk cocoa, ww bagel with pb
S- soy decaf mocha, no whip
L- pita pit- all veggies on ww pita, ff Thai dressing - YUM!
D- huge salad - romaine, cucumber and yellow pepper with sesame soy ginger dressing (ff)

Was a stressful day , happy its over.

Going to the dentist today for a crown :| dentist = panic .... short visit so hopefully it goes fast ....

B- almond milk cocoa, oats & blueberries
L- potluck at work 'make your own bunwich' ww bun, lettuce, sprouts, pickle, onion, red pepper, guacamole, as well as fruit salad, a couple ww crackers, a couple chips with guacamole. I could eat guacamole all day!
D - herbed potatoes (no oil), corn on the cob with sea salt
S - handful of cheerios

Have to try and exercise more, averaging about 25-30 mins walking per day. Not enough!

ETA: no exercise :duh: but dentist visit went ok!! AND I passed on the yummy looking desserts at the potluck!

That's good that you are consistent with exercising. That seems more important than the length. Most people have trouble sticking to an exercise plan.

I hope your trip to the dentist is not as bad as you think it'll be. Have a nice day!

Thanks proverbs!! I really appreciate the support :) I try and walk every break at work as I am strapped for time between working full time, commuting, and a 3 year old...it usually adds up to about 30 - 40 mins per day. Better than nothing, but I need more I think.

D- spicy refried beans on corn tortillas, bud light lime

Edit to add ** something came over me and I pulled out real fatty tortilla chips and ate a bunch with refried beans and salsa :oops: ARG. :\

It really changed the way I look at exercise, and it made me appreciate those walks up the stairs and the times I stand instead of sitting.

Yesterday wasn't very good...

B- potatoes with salsa, sprinkle of daiya, almond milk cocoa
L - chips and guacamole
D- 1/2 baguette, some yam fries, handful of cheeries, red wine

Back on wagon today...... :nod:

Hi Proverbs! :) Thanks for checking in on me, so great to have support.

I fell off wagon this week :oops: not happy about it. Starting fresh, again :)

B- chickpea sammie on sprouted grain toast, almond milk cocoa

Not sure rest of day. Will be back to update.

Starting an exercise plan tomorrow, 20 mins elliptical in the am, walking every break at work, and weights 3x week. Cutting down on wine, started to drink a bit much... more water too :-D. I'm excited to restart!!
