Well this is my first time posting. My "story" is that in October my feet started to hurt so much that I had to buy new wide shoes to walk. That eased the pain but it just didn't go away. I went to my Doctor in January and he did blood tests and one came back positive, for RA. He put me on Celebrex and I took it for a month. One day I was sitting with my daughter and started having vision problems then my hands started shaking and I had to leave...needless to say I was not impressed. I didn't know what to do. I started to look on the internet for anything that could offer hope or answers. Here I am. I've been eating the Mcdougall way for 5 weeks, after a worse day after eating "beef flavored strips" I have also removed gluten. I'm wondering how long before I can expect results? I think things are better but now have pain in my shoulder. My husband says I have a metallic smell to my breath now. Oh yeah, I've also lost 10 lbs. Does anyone have any helpful hints? Thanks.
