I just wanted to introduce myself, I am a 31(almost) year old single mother of 2 gorgeous boys 2 and 3, about to go to university to become a nutritionist and hopefully follow with my masters of dietetics. I am currently reading The China Study which brought me here!

My first interest in nutrition came from seeing Kris Carr (Crazy Sexy Cancer) on Oprah a few years ago and ever since I have slowly stopped eating meat and have nearly cut all dairy out of my diet and I am raising my kids on a meat and dairy free (most of the time) diet as well.

I look forward to 'meeting' and discovering nutrition with you all!

Welcome and great username! I'd urge you to plug into our own forum Nutritionist and his material, Jeff Novick. He is great and does his teaching with humor. Good luck with your studies.
