Has anyone had success by following the McDougall diet when it comes to becoming regular? I have tried everything and nothing works for me. I don't eat dairy and hardly any meat because I already know it binds. I am concerned about grains/gluten. Does it make it better or worse? I try to eat only very high fiber cereals and breads and stay away from anything that has white flour in it. Opinions welcome!
