Does anyone have a body bugg? I'm thinking about getting one, but don't want to waste the money if they are not helpful. Or if you have other brand recommendations.

thanks!

I wore a GoWearFit by BodyMedia (the same company that makes the BodyBugg - the GoWearFit is smaller on your arm) for about a year and found it fascinating. I am someone who loves the charts and graphs and the numbers. I thought it was money well spent. Now, there are so many other similar devices, there are lots of choices. One thing to keep in my mind is that with the GoWearFit and the BodyBugg you have to buy the device and then you pay monthly to access the data. There are some newer devices that don't require that monthly fee. I quit wearing it when I felt like I had learned what I needed to learn.

I think I would really like the feedback as well. I'll see if I can find other brands to avoid the monthly fee. I do like that I can use my iphone for instant feedback, so maybe I will go with the bodybugg.
thanks!

You might also look at the Fitbit - I have heard good things about it, too.
http://www.amazon.com/Fitbit-Wireless-Activity-Sleep-Tracker/dp/B005PUONIK/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1343434551&sr=1-1&keywords=bodybugg

I found the sleep tracker to be most interesting, too. I have always known that I am not a morning person and have always felt that my best sleep is between like 5 am and noon. The GoWearFit absolutely confirmed that. Of course, that sleep schedule doesn't really mesh with my work scheduled, but it was confirmation for me that I wasn't completely crazy! But, it was all interesting. Let me know what you decide and how you like it.
