You might also look at the Fitbit - I have heard good things about it, too.

I have always known that I am not a morning person and have always felt that my best sleep is between like 5 am and noon. The GoWearFit absolutely confirmed that. Of course, that sleep schedule doesn't really mesh with my work scheduled, but it was confirmation for me that I wasn't completely crazy! But, it was all interesting.
