Yesterday I did a search about using a super tampon for prolapsed bladder. And in the comments someone share about when not doing their exercises or watching their posture it was a sign to get back on track. Has anyone tired exercising for a prolapsed bladder? In the past I have and I think it does make a difference. One of the exercises was standing on one leg.. and another was locking the knees. I had ordered a dvd.. I will have to review it again.
